The breakfast was the best we had in Ireland. Perfectly cooked poached eggs.

B and Bs were once the main accommodation providers in Ireland in the days before the internet.
The owner , Bernie , continues that tradition of welcoming visitors into their home.
We attended a wedding at the very popular venue , the Village Barn in nearby Tyrellspass ...
and Seber House was exactly what we wanted , just 7 minutes drive away.
After a long journey , it was great to be able to get into our room at 12 noon , before the ceremony.
It was clean and comfy , with parking on the premises .
Kilbeggan itself has the distillery as a visitor attraction, just a few minutes walk away.
