The staff were nice and always helpful in any moment! The facilities were great as well, I hate cold water and it was good to have a warmer indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was honest and I recommend to get it because there is not many places around if you are without car, so, it was worth it. The location is good as well, if you are without car, I recommend to rent a bike and you can go to many places from the hotel location, like Baleal and Ferrel. The sauna was good as well, and I used it all, plus, the gym. I recommend and I would go back the this hotel.

It is a minor detail, nothing bad but one improvement: the swimming pool space could be better decorated at night, for example, with some lights there and it would be a great place to handout during the summer nights, and the same for some space we have by the side of the swimming pool. It is like a garden and it could be a amazing place at night as I saw in other hotels.

Staff is very kind and respectful, everything is very accessible within its schedule

I booked 3 rooms and 2 of them didn’t have the AC working. The response from the staff was: “We cannot fix it until a week from now” and I wasn’t going to stay for that long. They also couldn’t send me to a new room because they were none available. In the only room with AC working, there were ants on the walls/floor, which heavily bothered my stay. Numerous small tiles from the outside pool floor had come loose and were resting unattached at the bottom, which heavily impacted my experience as well. The restaurant should have more options or a full on menu to choose from. Instead they have a buffet with only the fish, meat or vegetarian option. Definitely not worth having lunch or dinner there in my opinion.
