Spacious and comfortable room, away from the noise of the centre.
The staff was not particularly nice.
There was no soap in the room and the curtain was broken so we couldn't open it. Both were mentioned to reception and nothing was done about it.
We needed another night in Santa Marta and would have come back if we had felt welcome.

Room was clean and good size. Nice location, quiet area but close to shops, restaurants, waterfront and old town. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good.

the room was spacious and I had my own bathroom.
only cold water in the showers, they canceled my reservation for 4 nights later without warning, not
social at all, the breakfast (eggs) were cold. the plunge pool was dirty and the sink gave out brown water!
