extremely friendly host, who would allways answer within minutes😀cool spot to conquer the city, clean, good air conditioning and quiet, lots of good restaurants and bars/ supermarket very close
maybe the shower would need to get a litte fresh up, lookes a bit too used, (but it s still perfectly functioning)
you may miss the pretty details/ colours/ textiles that the fotos show, they aren t there any more

The apartment was very nice.
The manager tried to overcharge us with the city tax. He asked for 40 euro when the tax is less than half of that. In the end he claimed, he did not know the correct amount. We felt it was his job to know. As honosty and transparency is very important for us that is the reason for the low reviewscore. Everything else was fine. Next time we would probably go for something closer to The San Marco Basilica.

"Loved the location, far enough away from the centre to feel less busy but lots of canal side bars and restaurants nearby and genuinely close enough to the centre anyway."
