Paco Hotel Tianpingjia Metro Guangzhou

Everything was good in paco hotel but the Internet was frustrating, i couldn't connect with WhatsApp to reach my family in the uk. Please do something about the Internet so that one can connect also to WhatsApp.

I didn't like that the Internet wasn't good enough that I didn't contact my family in the uk.

a business hotel located near TianPingJia Metro. Clean Rooms with adequate facilities. Many Food stalls located near hotel and just opposite Fruits Wholesale Market and Dry Goods Market just across the street. Hotel Provides Free Bottle Mineral Water and Mini Bar of Cold Beverages. Breakfast was adequate with mainly local dishes although the selection for the 4 days were pretty much the same. Would have appreciated if they provided more varied options. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and most of the in room amenities were well appointed. The staff very friendly and helpful. I had some parcels delivered over the few days there and they carefully kept them and needed proof of the corresponding tracking number ( so gave me good sense of security )

Had requested for non smoking floor, but unfortunately were assigned to Level 3 and the smell of cigarettes makes the stay unpleasant. The carpet looks like it needed a good cleaning. But thankfully they provided bed room slippers so did not have to make contact with the carpet. The Location is a bit far from traditional tourist spots like Beijing Rood area so need to take DiDi or Metro. Not much to see around the hotel location.

The breakfast was very good and the rooms are clean and spacious

Breakfast was fair but more variety of hot dishes will be good

The male staff at reception has an attitude. Not friendly. When you ask for help he brushes you off.
