Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort

Lovely Resort. We were there for a wedding and stayed 3 nights. The food was great, buffet breakfasts and wedding food. The resort facilities were great although we didn't use many of them. We did use the pool and sauna. If I lived closer, I would definitely go back for a holiday.

Staff in reception were great. The Italian restaurant was fantastic.

The staff in the restaurant where you went for breakfast weren't great. The first day the guy looked like he had dragged himself out of bed - shirt not tucked in and messy hair. The second day we were the only guests in the restaurant (4 of us) plus baby and toddler. We ordered 3 coffees and they never arrived. My husband went up to the counter to get water and said to the girl "don't worry about the coffee's now" and she said Oh, sorry and yawned! We were the only people in the restaurant and she asked my daughter for her order twice and wrote it down and still forgot. The other staff member was setting tables in a daggy sloppy joe and sneakers. We didn't bother going back the third morning.
