Stayed here for F1. The hotel house keeper on our floor(floor4) was such a great and friendly guy! He happily tidy up our room every day, gotta give that to him. The hotel is very great for its price and with an amazing location with an elevator to the monorail right in front of the entrance. Overall, would recommend
The room was maybe too small? But couldnt complain too much for this price. Breakfast lacks international option.

I really liked the room, hotel surroundings, and especially the convenient location. The only downside was the bathroom, which seemed to be partly under repair, with a slightly damaged shower.
The reception team, Mr. Billal (cleaning assistant), and all the other staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. 😊
One downside: The bathroom was partially unfinished, and the shower was slightly damaged.

LOCATION AND THE ROOM RATE IS REASONABLE AND STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING.
NOTHING!

Attentive and friendly staff.
Very thin walls separating the rooms. Needs better soundproofing. People talking loudly along the corridor. They mentioned it is a non smoking hotel but heavy cigarettes smoke present on the 5th floor. Our last day, they had issue with water pipes. No water for the entire 5th floor almost the whole day. Its difficult if you need water for your toilet use, making drinks, shower and ablutions. Hope they can improve on these situations better.
