Great location,value for money and Valentina is very helpful.

Excellent location yet not too noisy, the communication with the owner was also smooth. The room is clean and comfortable.

Please don’t expect to get a 5-star hotel experience. It is very well-located: the room will still receive noises from guests or outside

The room is in a great location, in Duomo piazza and right next to the Basilica. The beds are comfortable and the room is large and clean. Access to the room was very easy with the lockbox at the door.

The location was excellent, really the biggest plus of this property. Everything we needed was within easy reach, and it made getting around very convenient.

Unfortunately, the room itself was a big disappointment. Cleanliness was seriously lacking, we found hair in the bathroom, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Worse, we found ants both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. An insect screen on the balcony door would have helped a lot with this. On top of that, the balcony window had no privacy film, so anyone outside could see directly into the room. The bathroom itself looked like it needs renovation. Breakfast was included in our rate, but we were only given vouchers for one day despite staying two nights, and the options were extremely limited - just a coffee and a choice of one type of croissant. Overall, a very poor breakfast experience. We took photos documenting these issues.
