A truly beautiful place with stunning views, exceptional cleanliness, and a very respectful and welcoming host family. The atmosphere is simply wonderful, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The breakfast was average to fairly basic. My only comment would be that there is absolutely no flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times which is so bad in vacation times .

Excellent view

laundry room close so early from 9 am to 5 pm , most people on the time are outside enjoying their time not doing laundry. Breakfast is not in the same building, you have to go up the mountain around 5 min by can, Its very hard to walk to the breakfast place.

Property was modern, well appointed and decently sized - equipped with a full kitchen. Views of the lake from the living room.

Check-in process was terrible - nobody manned the reception (very surprising given the price of the hotel). We had to stop another guest to let us in and show us where to pick up the keys. There was no message on booking.com to tell us how to check in. Really poor service. Room was not clean - we could smell the previous guests (the room smelt like exotic spices / curry). The shower had long black hair on the walls from the previous guests that had not been cleaned - which frankly was quite disgusting. Sofas had crumbs, assuming that this was also from the previous guests. Definitely not worth the price - we will not be back.
