The Stay Hotel Myeongdong

The property was located at the heart of Myeongdong Shopping Area.

The shower was old, and there was a foul odor coming from the sink. The floor was also dirty with hairs.

The hotel is in a great location in one street away you are already at Myeongdong Street. Thats why there are a lot of restaurants, good street foods, convenience stores, etc. around the area. The hotel is also very accessible as its near a subway and bus station with just 3 min or less walking distance from the hotel. You can also see N Seoul Tower near the entrance of the subway. However, the hotel is at the Exit 9 of the Myeongdong Station, there is only stairs. In short, the best things about the hotel is the location and transportation.

First of all, I was quite offended with the first staff we encountered at the hotel, he wasn’t welcoming and respectful to us but when we check out the other staff we met is kind and easy to communicate with. I also don’t like the hygiene of the hotel because when we asked for room service the room wasn’t clean and the dirt was only pushed into one corner and under the bed thats why it quite activated my allergy to dust. Hopefully, the could improve a better communication and warmth from staff to the guests and the hygiene within the rooms should also be at attention and improvement.
