Location was excellent! Highly recommend for the central location. We were provided a code for entry and it worked beautifully. Also had a storage for luggage before entry time. Lots of amenities.
Just know there is no lift. So lots of stairs but worth it. Also could have provided some kitchen paper towels. I know this sounds like a small thing but would have added to comfort.

The apartment itself is lovely and comfortable. It’s in a very central location and walking distance to everywhere. It is a little noisy as you’re right on a busy street so if that bothers you I wouldn’t book here. I didn’t find the noise level too loud but I am used to living in a city.
There are a LOT of stairs. As it is an old property the stairs are narrow and uneven at parts. This property is not suitable if you have any kind of mobility issues. I would also recommend not taking a heavy suitcase.

A well located apartment that was very central in the old town of Edinburgh. Flat had everything we needed. We did love the keyless entry.
If you cannot walk up and down stairs this is not the apartment for you. We are a very fit family but those stairs had us huffing and puffing by the time we got to the 3rd floor. It was not fun getting our luggage up there. The view from the lounge window is worth it! Apartment was very noisy at night as sound traveled upwards - lots of street noise and of people talking while walking places till early hours of the morning. The Fringe festival was on so a lot more happening

Great location & decoration of the Apartment
We thought that the Bedroom was tight on space. The sliding shower door doesn’t fit & for the price we perhaps would have expected a more generous welcome parcel.
