Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Great location. Minutes from city centre old town.
Impossible to reach directly by car. Speak to the hotel for instructions. Very small lift.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful patient and understanding. They explained everything thoroughly, gave advice on what to visit, and helped with using the fridge.
The family room was quite spacious, though dark; it was clean.
Good, varied breakfast.
Good location near the Old Town and streets perfect for sightseeing.
Significant discount on underground parking (50%).
A Black staff Lady at the breakfast room made an infirm 88-year-old, dissable woman stand wait in order instead of even offering her a chair - she acted as if everything was a bother to her. The other breakfast staff members were quite pleasant.
Unfriendly people near the train station where the hotel was located - but that wasn't a major issue; we just avoided the area. A strange, unusual scrambled egg dish with some kind strenge additives.

location between station and old town
Bed comfortable.
Breakfast room very cramped. Food items not replaced promptly. Limited selection.
Very small lift. Room overlooked street so noisy with early morning rubbish collection and deliveries.
