Great hotel inside the park. Beautiful villa with a plunge pool was great with many animals around us. Snorkeling from the jetty was very good. Great stuff! Restaurant was also very good.

We had a wonderful experience! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. There were great activities for the kids, and the staff were especially kind and engaging with my daughter. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we loved everything and would definitely come back!

The main downside was the road leading to the resort, which was quite bumpy and made going out to explore less appealing. Once you’re there, it can feel a little isolated unless you book activities or trips to the nearby islands.

The bed and the quietness.

The lack of knowledge given its a top eco resort and a nature sanctuary on nature and how to protect it. The rubbish in the water that surrounds the resort and turtle sanctuary, the cats that are kept around the bird sanctuary. The fact I was told that there was no jellyfish but upon walking out onto a jetty amongst mangroves was a box jellyfish. Luckily coming from Australia, I am familiar with such jellyfish in such waters. I don't know whether to criticise Indonesia for trying, but I think you can't call yourself an eco resort and 'world' top safari resort without addressing some of the above issues. I do love that there is some effort to bring back nature and nature but I feel the above negates the purpose.
