Have stayed at Arts Hotel, Harbiye countless times over the years and I have never had a bad experience at this place; I've been staying here since it first opened. The location is brilliant to explore this marvellous city and the staff on site could not be more courteous or kind. There's a metro station nearby, huge range of restaurants in the vicinity and getting to central attractions could not be easier. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is delightful and the cleaning staff attentive. Staff on duty at breakfast service are incredibly hospitable. The lights system in the rooms is perplexing, I admit, but you get used to working it. All credit to front desk and staff: Burak, Ilkay hanim and Yilmaz - some of the nicest people I have met in hospitality!
