Good location, modern room! Loved the bath in the room!
Music on a Saturday evening is very loud until 1.30am, however this is advertised so wasn’t a shock. Didn’t bother us as we where out at a wedding so only had to listen to it for the last hour and wouldn’t put us off staying again 😊

Room OK. Twin beds as requested.
Sharing kitchen space with other guests.

Lots of space for 13 of us. There was loads of breakfast stuff left for us and the pub was great. The staff were excellent and really friendly!

We didn't see the information about the Noise at night so partly my fault , but it was so loud we couldn't sleep at all till it settled. People outside smoking and chatting till near 2am. To get to the property you have to go though a pub and then outside.
It should be clear in the initial description the noise issue as i would never have booked. I only saw it when i was going to complain at one am when the DJ was ramping up the volume.
