Customer service was excellent. View was also.

This was the PERFECT stay for our big family trip! The building: The second floor is actually the same level as the surface parking lot and lobby, so we were able to park practically right outside the door—no luggage carts needed. Easy walk through the lobby and down a nice staircase (or take the elevator) to the pool/beach level. There is a bathroom on the pool/beach level as well. The restaurant was closed when we were there but it looked like maybe they were getting ready to open the bar area for the season. The chair/umbrella service was so convenient. You check in at the desk upon arrival and they’ll set you up with room keys, wristbands, and parking passes. All of the staff we spoke with were warm and friendly! The unit itself:There is a vestibule when you first enter 208, then separate entrances to the A and B sides. This vestibule served as a really convenient mudroom area. Perfect place to leave the beach gear. The bedrooms are spread out in different corners so there is plenty of privacy and quiet for different sleep schedules. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of bah towels, TP, etc. They even provide travel size bath products. The kitchens were not super well stocked beyond the basics, so bring whatever you think you’ll need for cooking. We wished we had brought some things for saving leftovers—plastic wrap or containers. The balconies overlook the pool, which is nice for anyone who wants to stay upstairs to be able to watch the kids play.

The condo was very nice and clean. Right on the beach as advertised. My biggest critique would be upon check-in when issuing wrist bands for the pool it should be very clearly conveyed up front that there is a 5 charge for any that are not returned. It states this on the check-in envelope, but what kid doesn’t want a cool wristband. This charge seemed unnecessary as most of our group never wore theirs and nothing was ever said. My advice would be don’t take them for kids because they will lose them in the ocean and you will still be charged.

Property was in a wonderful location. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. John, who set up our chairs & umbrellas everyday, was exceptional! The property was perfect for our group....we thoroughly enjoyed being there and hope to be back in the near future!
