Convenient

No microwave in the room

- you can lend iron and ironing desk by the front office and housekeeping will bring it to you - daily housekeeping and 2 free water bottles - very comfortable and big bed - plenty of storage - location near subway station - cafe on the first floor with discount for hotel guests - scale for weighing your luggage

- breakfast at first had many options, but a lot tasted bland and there was little variety daily, so we got bored fast The “hot buffet” was actually cold! We tried scrambled eggs few times and they were ALWAYS cold - there is no instructions for the washing machine in english other than “click 4 then 5” but not what the programs mean >> no temperature or power change option. Our cotton shirts came out shrank. - the elevator had long waiting times, when someone was going down to 1st floor and we clicked the B1 button, the elevator went up to 13th floor instead of one floor down :/

For the most part the staff were friendly.

I always check the sheets when I go to a hotel, and noticed a hair in my bed, which really grossed me out. I had to get them to change the sheets, and the duvet cover, as there were a couple small stains on the cover, and no top sheet. And she was kind of huffy about having to do it. While there, she decided to empty the garbage bins even though I told her she didn't have to do that. I noticed the same gloves she was wearing while changing the sheets, she used to throw the garbage out, and those bins don't even have bag liners in them. She probably just finished cleaning someone else's toilet with those gloves on too. Gross! I requested for my room not to be cleaned for the rest of my five night stay, so they should have been pleased about that. I also asked for a couple extra hand towels as they seem to take long to dry. There was also a hair in one of them. Not impressed. It was also very cold in my room and thankfully they let me borrow a heater, which I had to use every night. I had to turn off the a/c when I arrived, not even sure why it would be on, considering the time of year. Location was mediocre. If I go back to Seoul, I'll be looking to stay elsewhere.
