An exceptional hospitality experience! Coming from the hotel industry myself, I know how a small, modest hotel can be transformed into a luxury property through outstanding service and meticulous attention to the little details: When making the reservation, I mentioned that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Within minutes, Shirley, the hotel manager, replied that she would arrange for the room to be decorated appropriately. Every moment there was a special and wonderful experience! The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained; everything was just right—not too much, not too little. The breakfast was exceptional! It’s a perfect example of how to provide guests with a simple meal—one that doesn't cost the hotel much—yet is so delicious, unique, and carefully prepared; it was exactly what was needed. The use of the room key—to enter the hotel at night, access the elevator, and operate it—is simply excellent, providing a great sense of security for guests. The hotel’s location is superb: just a minute away from the Carmel Market and Nahalat Binyamin. Perfect. The value for money is truly wonderful. This is exactly how a small boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv should be run, and this is exactly how a hotel like this should be managed—just the way Shirley runs it. She acts as a receptionist when needed, clears tables in the dining room/café, escorts guests to their rooms, and, above all, manages the hotel perfectly. Thank you for a perfect vacation! Construction work has been going on outside the hotel on Allenby. Access is only by foot and there is some noise. This will be going on for a while.
