Cozy and clean rooms with heater and hot shower and everything! Perfect for hiker to stay. Free to enjoy a lovely garden if the weather is good.

Our hosts David and mother Diana were lovely. They were very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. No A/C, but we didn't need it in Sept. Nights were getting into the 50F degrees. We had access to kitchen with wine glasses (important in Georgia ). The view from both front and back balcony was fantastic. Although, back balcony faced the mountains and Svaneti Towers, front faced the city with some trees. Be prepared to hike a big hill to get there. Your calves will get a great work out. I would definitely recommend this place for adventure seekers.

It's slightly out or the way from major activities, but if you don't mind a ten minutes walk, it will not bother you. Possibly a bit quieter here too.
