CLUB Lodges Berlin Mitte

Dobra lokalizacja, pomocna i uśmiechnięta obsługa, fajny klimat miejsca, czysto, nawet wygodne łóżka.

Warto mieć zatyczki do uszu.

Great location and atmosphere

Fun vibe, nice outdoor bar, close to food

We wanted to play volleyball but to rent a court was already booked out for days in advance. I think you should keep some courts available for booking for guests.

Just it is on ground floor.

During my stay at your cottage on the night of 1 October, I experienced a very serious disturbance that significantly affected my stay. A family staying nearby was making continuous loud noises throughout the entire night, including crying, laughing, cheering, and screaming. As a result, I was unable to sleep at all that night. What made the situation particularly concerning was the lack of accessible staff support. I was unable to reach anyone by phone to report the disturbance or seek immediate assistance. Given the location and the fact that it was late at night, I did not feel safe leaving my room to confront unknown guests myself, as doing so could have resulted in an uncomfortable or potentially unsafe situation. I would strongly recommend reviewing your nighttime support and guest-management procedures to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation. I would ask you to return back half of the rent of that room. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and significantly impacted the quality of my stay.
