Very comfortable location if you are visiting the lakes + supermarket next to it useful to prepare a quick meal and use the equipped kitchen. The balcony is also very cute for breakfasts outside with a view.
The bed/pillows are not the most comfortable but after a long day of hiking I barely noticed. Maybe simple toiletries would be an extra touch.

Excellent value for money. Photos don't do it justice. Larger and better facilities but only half the price of the previous two places we stayed in at Porec and Pula. Full size cooker. The two gas hobs didn't work but the two electric ones did. We didn't use the oven. There is a large balcony with useful clothes drying racks. Salt, pepper, sugar and some coffee sachets were provided. Very clean apart from a few cobwebs above the windows and the ash tray on the balcony hadn't been emptied.
Owner doesn't speak good English. Not a criticism as I don't speak any Croatian but we thought she said the nearest restaurant was 5km. We found out too late that it was walkable. I suggested they provide a map showing the location of restaurants and shops to overcome the language barrier. Traffic noise is a problem. We had to use earplugs at night. I suggested they seal the joint between the balcony door and window which would help. No air conditioning.
