Quiet retreat… except for the occasional dog bark.
Sunset at the river’s edge was nice…. But a bit of a steep undulating walk to get there.
Sofa hard…. Springs support replaced by a plank of wood.

Loved the outdoor space Room was good as per photos. Was great for the dog.
No cooking facilities except for outdoor BBQ. Fridge way too small if more than one night or you plan to not cook at all.
Water pressure could have been better.

The bed was comfy and it was close enough to where I needed to go. The staff were friendly and didn't intrude on my privacy at all. The surroundings would be nice for someone with a pet travelling with them. Undercover parking close to the room.
The kitchen and bathroom water was very brown and dirty. The owner provided drinking water but I'd rather have known the rest of the shack was plumbed to river water. Personal care is something I'd rather not use river water for. The rug was full of prickles and the room smelt like dogs. I understand why being a pet friendly place and will take that I to account with future bookings that day pet friendly. No apps to stream from my own internet just local tv.
