Ideal location at the top of the high street. Easy access to food outlets and Lidl and Tesco, Free parking. Rooms clean and comfy and have tea, coffe and a fridge.

Ian was so helpful as he explained the route I needed to take the next day. The room was lovely and spacious. I had a fantastic night sleep because the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean with mini tubes of shampoo and shower gel. Lovely white towels as well. If I'm up in this area again, I will definitely stay at the Victoria Hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I was on a cycle tour and needed somewhere to stay in the area. This hotel was ideally located and was very reasonably priced, so I booked it. I’m glad I did. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful. I hope to return next time I’m in the area.

Fairly large rooms, central
Not really the hotels fault but right outside the hotel was a violent man screaming, he punched a man down so we called the police. Interesting meeting the local police but honestly I'm glad I was inside and not outside the hotel. Local experience though!
