We were met and shown where the apartment was located; it was clean and well-maintained. The owner had messaged us in advance and sent all the instructions.

Great communication by the host. He was responsive and helped with luggage and booking me a transfer for the next day
Bed could be more comfy and towels are a bit old and rough

The person checking us in was very nice and helpful. It was a one night booking so I can't say too much about the place in general but it was comfortable for one night.
It is supposed to be a touristy area, but it seemed a little rough around the edges with lots of buildings in disrepair. I think we overpaid for the taxi that was arranged for us from the airport because a taxi we got ourselves back was one-third the price.
