The property and room were absolutely wonderful.
The staff cleaned our room on checkout day before we checked out without notice (we were at a running race and had planned everything carefully to be back in time for checkout). Then they phoned us to ensure we were checking out 30 min before checkout time, making us feel rushed for no reason.
The shower kept getting cold if you didn't keep the handle completely on hot (which meant scalding hot water) so we had to shower in cycles of scalding going to cold water.
