While booking, it said "very good breakfast", and indeed the breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for me, the hotel itself was very pretty, and I loved the view from my 17th-floor room. But the best part was the staff, super kind and attentive, I think their hard work made my stay great. Terima kasih!
I had a few toiletries missing at first, and the phone didn't work when I tried to order room service, but other than those minor things, I have nothing bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay and want to go there again :)

I stayed in 612, the bed & pillows are comfortable and soft.
The lighting too dim

Great location to the airport. I didn’t walk around at all so I can’t say much else about that. The room was spacious and nice with great air con!
The sheets had a couple of stains on them, but you can’t expect perfection with a price like this.
