Communication ahead of the stay was great, the location of the property was ideal, you are right between old town and Benidorm nightlife.
The lounge and balcony area was perfect and the aircon is the property was amazing after a day on the beach.
Me and my friend have already said we will rebook for our next stay in Benidorm.
Nothing comes to mind.

The location was great! It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and good at communicating
Only one set of keys, intercom didn’t work so we had to run up and down to let others in. No lock on balcony door, or bathroom doors and one kept opening! Lack of loo roll
