Pretty convenient location in San Jose good prices good staff, good food and bar. Very fortunate with the parking. It’s not far away. You can just walk to markets and restaurants from the location here in downtown San Jose.
The breakfast buffet could use some improvement in terms of quality. Some of the food is not that great.

Breakfast and location.
Exercise equipment broken.

It's very professionally run and operated to USA 🇺🇸 standards! The restaurant & morning breakfast buffet is very satisfactory & is a plus! The inhouse hotel security is top notch and you are very safe.
I had a very negative interaction with hotel's private driver, Marcos. He's a very good driver but honesty & integrity is lacking! I was quoted a USD rate but was charged DOUBLE in Costa Rican money & wasn't given any refund or credit but excuses! Buyer beware?

Friendly service and helpful staff.
It’s an older building that needs some renovation work to bring the property up to date.
