Hoang Vu Guest House

I literally enjoyed everything about this place. The staff let me check in a little earlier, which was very nice of them. Its location is perfect. Places are easy to reach on foot. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Spotless bedsheets, fresh towels every day! Bottled water is supplied every day. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a kettle, a fridge, a hairdryer, and even an extension lead! Many budget facilities lack either working electric sockets or have just one lousy socket. This guest house has no such issue. The room I stayed in was very cozy! As a bonus, a nice window view, and I shot a nice time-lapse video of the clouds over Da Lat. I would stay here again without a second thought.

There were tiny little ants, although they didn't cause me any issues. They are just a part of life here. The fridge was leaking a little bit, as if it couldn't hold the temperature. In the early morning, keep in mind - Vietnam starts every day really early; there was loud dancing music playing at the reception. This is also part of life here, so be prepared for such features.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Da Lat Market and night market, plenty motorcycle parking, long sofa in the waiting area on the lounge floor, also dining table at the corner of the stairs, large windows on the roof offering views of the backstreet. Rooms is clean with no hair or dust, well-ventilated and quiet, the tiles pattern in the bathroom rooms are so beautiful, strong water pressure, hot and stable temperature, making showering super comfortable and relaxing. Friendly staff are always helpful and always smiling when you look at them.

Miner things, One mug handle in the room is broken, one hanger of the coat stand is detached.

Our room had a fridge but there was no outlet for it. Our room was on the third floor, we had a struggle carrying our luggage up the stairs.

Great location, next to everything and very easy to find. Lovely staff. Modern furnishings.

The mould was too much for me. It was everywhere and the moldy, mildew smell was really unpleasant.
