Efficient front desk

Unfortunately, our fifth stay had a disappointing housekeeping/laundry experience. In Room 515, there was a grocery bag instead of the usual paper laundry bag. As we were in a rush, we handed over our laundry in that bag. To our surprise, the cleaned laundry was returned stuffed into the same grocery bag. More disappointingly, the following day housekeeping replaced it with another grocery bag for laundry. We did not proceed with laundry that day, as we found this inappropriate and were quite offended by the experience. We highlighted the matter to the front desk during checkout.

Excellent front desk efficiency. Check-in was completed within minutes, and one of our rooms was kindly upgraded. Sohail Khan is truly the heart of the front desk: warm, efficient and always helpful.

The lobby and front desk area, however, remain a bit too warm. The property is also quite narrow, with almost no space within the premises to take a walk.

Another comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Agra. The team remained courteous and responsive throughout, making the extended stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Warm lobby. Forecourt staff were generally inattentive, with little greeting or assistance with car doors except at checkout.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy breakfast was excellent with good variety view was not great as the hotel is located in densly packed area of city. One room hd a distant view of Taj mahal. But overall I'd keep the curtains closed as there was construction going on nearby.

The view was not great from the room as there was metro station just outside and the other room had construction going on next to the hotel.
