Residência Almirante

Loved the fact the staff are always around and cleaning the bathrooms regularly. Something you don’t find much often nowadays is clean people . Very good.

The room is quite affordable for a single room, which I really appreciated. The kitchen is fully accessible and well equipped with a microwave, water kettle, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. The location is also very convenient, with a metro station, grocery stores, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby.

The room was clean overall, but I feel the cleanliness could be improved a little further. There is no air conditioning, and only a small fan is provided. It was fine during my stay in September, but I think this could be uncomfortable during the summer months. also no heater in room during winter.

The room was spacious and bright, and it was also very clean. Given the average price per accommodation nearby Lisbon's city center, the price pro night seems decent. The staff was polite and ready to help. He Intendente neighborhood offers a lot of cheap and tasty ethnic restaurants.

In 7 days of stay nobody cared to check if I needed new towels, luckily I brought some with me for completely random reasons.. The Avenida Almirante Reis is loud, busy and congested with traffic Basically 24/: the trams makes an hellish noise and vibration are clearly perceivable, plus the usual car traffic and the constant voices and screams of people passing by. If you don't have earplugs with you, forget about getting some sleep at night. Perhaps some reinforced windows may help the sleep of those leaned on the main avenue.
