Mala Suites Thamel

The staff is amazing, very accommodating and extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent and the location is both quiet and close to everything. We ended up staying for 4 nights and were extremely happy with everything

Very kind staff, upgraded us without us asking, were attentive and accommodating.

An absolutely exceptional experience at this newly opened hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, elegant, and beautifully thought out. The hotel has a wonderful modern atmosphere, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and every detail has clearly been designed with guests in mind. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and luxurious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Congratulations to the whole team on creating such a fantastic place! 👏✨

Pros: good location, friendly staff Cons: breakfast is bland and boring Beds are not comfortable at all, very old Rooms and sheets and bed all smell like mothballs.
