This is a family run place with all the heart of the owners. We liked the food the most, the breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Traditional, tasty and huge portions. We also had a small guitar concert one night.
The walls between the rooms are thin, so this can be noisy sometimes.

Fantastic dinner, I recommend it. Comfortable beds. Very nice hosts. Quiet rooms.
A bit out of the way when hiking, but a taxi was easy enough.

Friendly staff that make you feel at home. They were willing to accommodate their dinner requests.

Very nice and modern apartment house & room (which is not standard in Armenia)
Home-made tee upon arrival
Extremely helpful owner: he fixed my shoes with a special glue when I tried to find out where to buy a glue next day
Breakfast might be more modest that usual but was tasty and sufficient in amount after all
