The person who met us (Anna) was super helpful and polite. We appreciate that the apt. was ready earlier than the check in time so we could drop off the luggage and go out to sightsee. This apt. is very big, modern, clean and in a safe area. The beds were comfortable, washer and dryer and the AC worked well. The location is only a few minutes to the Arena and Piazza Bra for restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Even though we took a taxi, it is not far from the train station so that was convenient. There is a little outside area like a balcony in the apt and that was an added bonus.

Two minor things - wish we had a 2nd set of keys as there were 5 of us and one day we separated to do different things. There is a set of steps to get to the elevator and with heavy bags it was a challenge.

Friendly, helpful hosting helpers, beautiful and comfortable apartment and well located to central Verona.

Because the lodging is so well located, the main street in front of the building may have limited vehicle traffic for brief periods. -> not a dislike, just a caution.

Great location close to everything. The apartment was very comfortable with lovely artwork. Anna was very helpful and we were grateful we could leave our bags in apartment prior to check in.

A bit of noise from street below

Everything - we knew the location was great, close to the arena and a short walk to numerous bars, restaurants, museums, bridges etc. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, and very well equipped. The outdoor space is an added bonus. The hosts were very amenable, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment for an extra couple of hours before our flight, so thank you!
