The apartment is very nicely decorated and has all of the stuff needed for a longer stay. Alex is a great host and provided us with everything needed. It was a real pleasure staying there.
Maybe the shower pressure but I think this is a general issue in Agia Napa and nothing can be done to solve it.

As I came late in the evening hence got the keys from a lockbox, clear check in instructions were lifesaving.
I stayed in the yellow apt on the ground floor, its spacious and well equipped.
Location is very convenient if you'd like to be central but avoiding noice.
There are huge windows therefore plenty of sunlight but its impossible to open the the window blinds. Well, possible but you'll be bothered by passers by real quick.
Humidity. Hard to get clothes dry inside the apt, no outside option. (Or its like leaving your stuff openly on the street)
Shower in the morning. At 7-8 AM hot water wasn't there. In the evening no prob (I assume, it's because the boiler runs on sun panels or smth)
