We got contact from concierge Maria in advance before we arrived with whole support to arrange Ale carte restorants, big room with sea view etc.
Please consider how to serve warmer food

Everything about our stay was excellent. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, clean, and very well organized. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. A special thank you to our concierge Maria and to Tanja at reception, they were both incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Their excellent service made the experience even better.
Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Very nice private pool in front of our room. Restaurant and buffrt was great selection of Food
Our pool was a little dirty and pools closing at 7 was too early as I have little babies would have been nice to swim when they went to bed. Beach umbrellas was fixed and not able to be moved.

The outdoors were well maintained. Staff was ok. Plenty of sun beds on the beach.
The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom smells and is so tiny that you cannot stretch your arms. Towels are gray and torn. We had a swim up room and pool was not clean until we requested it. The food although diverse and in abundance has no taste. The main pool looked like it had not seen repairs in years. I paid a lot of money and felt robbed. I would not recommend this unless at a fraction of the price I paid.
