Good value for money, exceeding expectations, quite place close to metro station and main attraction. Paulina is fantastic, polite and helpful, house has a fantastic view on the city. I can only recommend this place.

I was very glad to stay in this atmospheric building of order times with a panoramic view all over Quito. I had a two-rooms space with comfy beds, a small kitchen and bathroom, like an apartment. Paulina is a very kind and smiling host, who prepares a good breakfast every morning and can offer ideas and tips for sightseeing.

Paulina is a warm and welcoming host and made us a delicious breakfast. She also looked after my big bag for a few days while we were in the Amazon. The location was good for us. It felt safe and there were other travellers/ back packers around. There were local places to eat nearby. We could walk into the historic centre and to the Secret Garden hostel to get the tourist bus to the Amazon.
The room smelled a bit damp and the shower did not have hot water. We had a family room which had a small kitchen but it was very dark and damp underground, so we didn’t feel like using it.
