Great large room with a good shower. Comfortable bed. Restaurant downstairs is wonderful! Friendly staff. Nice library with books on the area. Simple but very clean.
Parking is a little hard to figure out but the staff was very helpful. No wine glasses or openers available. Free tea but coffee is a minimal fee.

The team were friendly, the room was comfy, the air conditioning was a god send. Dinner in the evening was really good, on the terrace buzzing with with other diners and the food was really good, simple local fayre done well! Breakfast was simple but great. Parking is really handy if you are in a car and it's only a short drive to Perugia with easy access to a carpark outside the city wall only a short walk from escalators that takes you right up to the main historical, restaurant and shopping area.
