The First Collection Marina, Dubai, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I regularly stay at TFC whenever I need to be close to this end of town. They have excellent service and great rooms. It tends to get a bit crowded at times but it is understandable. It is a very good hotel whether you are in Dubai for business by yourself or with the family. Easy walk to the Marina Mall and JBR. Really convenient for an enjoyable run by the Marina when the weather is cooler.

Gets a bit too crowded sometimes and exit from the Marina can be a bit of a hassle during busy times.

The customer service was impeccable

It took time to get our room cleaned

First of all, I had to commend the gracious hospitality starting from the staff at the reception down to the doorman. We extended our stay there simply because we were made very comfortable, responding to our requests on just about everything. Special thanks went to Mr.Mumin at the reception desk who went out of the way to fulfill our requests. Myanmar staff in various hotel departments, as well as in Black Smith restaurant were equally gracious. Breakfast was very good, and it was just as well there were plenty of tables for plenty of hotel guests. I also like the location because it is only about ten minutes' walk to Life Pharmacy, and Choithrams supermarket.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Good value for money overall. The breakfast was nice and satisfying. Room cleaning was provided daily. Having access to Soluna Beach Club along with the shuttle service was a great advantage.

Upon arrival, there was no trash can in the bathroom. The beach shuttle schedule felt a bit limited (9:00 AM departure, 5:00 PM return)—more flexible hours would be better.
