The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town.
Clean.
Owner was a kind and helpful person.
Some furnitures need to be renewed, especially the sofa.
The premise also requires some renovation.
The neigbours are so loud, since there is no sound isolation they are like in the room next to you. They kept speaking and laughing until 4 am. The owner of the apartment said that it is not possible to make the apartment sound proof due to the regulation on making renovation in old town.
The price was quite high for such apartment, even in high season.
Lastly; there was a smell of humid in the apartment.
