Serenity Guesthouse

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenity! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and at home. The place has such a peaceful, warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner and his wife were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more special. You can really feel the care and effort they put into making their guests feel comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Serenity and honestly didn’t want to leave! It’s the kind of place you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. We will definitely be visiting again and would happily recommend Serenity to anyone looking for a lovely, peaceful and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

The place has a unique history, and you immediately feel at home. Absolute peace and quiet, beautifully situated by the river, truly relaxing. Lovely, pet-friendly accommodation. We’d love to come back!

everything was great

When we arrived there was a larger unit, The Loft, available. It stands about 10m from the Vaal River. It has a nice deck with a picnic table that looks out on to the river. Inside there's a kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet, and the eponymous loft. We only stopped for the night on our way back to Gaborone, but glad that we lucked into the Loft!

-The Place have Peace and is really a place of restoration -Nice view of the River and fresh air from the River

-Bed was terrible, old not fit for place like that -Place is not taken care of(lot of spider webs even chairs outside are not looking after.) -Dirty towels were not replaced -No developments from 4yrs back I was in place
