Oakwood Premier Tokyo

Very Convenient to have a small Kitchenette i the room as it helps for making Tea/Coffee and store the eatables

I think every thing was okay

Well equipped, great location, good food, lovely resident's lounge area. Appreciated having the washing machine and dish washer. The apartment was spacious with a good layout. All the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist.

There was nothing we didn't like

Very central location. 100m from Tokyo station. Room is very spacious and lots of storage, with large well equipped kitchen. Includes AIO washing machine and drier. Appliances were equipped with english instructions which made using them a breeze. All rooms are level 8 and above, so well away from the noise. 24hr Lawsons on ground floor. Fast WiFi.

First visit checking is a bit awkward. Lobby is on level 7. Access to lift to lobby requires card. Once you know, it's a breeze. If you are being dropped off by vehicle/taxi, the actual drop off point is in the below ground car park. My taxi had trouble finding it.

The location

The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.
