Cleanliness of the place, access, reception on entry, bakery in morning and lady selling coffee at bakery she was great!

The bar shut at 10pm but they allowed their own personal people to drink after 10pm. the reception shut at 8pm so if you want any alchohol, snacks get it before this time

All the things for the children. We go often to Holland to see our grandchildren.

Locations was really great. Nice surroundings, guiet, easily accessible by car from Maastricht, bike or public transporation. Lovely nature and a golf corse by the river. You can stroll along Maas river or ride a bike to neihgbouring villages in Belgium. You can buy grocaries in the resort and enjoy in the restaurant

High city tax policy

the place was quiet and peaceful for most of the stay, but the last two days of our stay many of our neighbors were partying. with loud music from around 8 till later than 12 pm

When we arrived no one from the reception accompanied us to our villa, we had to go alone and try to explore the way and the villa and everything our self. No phone in the villa, so if we needed any assistance we had to take the 5 minutes walk from our villa to enquire. Due to the lack of help from the reception upon arrival with no tour, we faced some difficulties in using the oven, and the kitchen supplies. The place is not clean, the villas are dirty when we arrived, and when we told them to check the cleanliness they came and did not improve any thing. The people at bakery are not friendly, and blunt. The super market snd bakery close too early at 8 pm.
