This is a well-located property with some nice period features. The host was welcoming and the breakfast was a nice treat.
We booked two rooms for two couples and were disappointed that our room (which was the same price as theirs) was small and perfectly adequate, while theirs was much nicer, more like a suite, with a sitting area and a lovely bathroom. It is not that our room was not fine, it is more that we think there should be a price difference between the two types of room.

A wonderful old tradition Ubeba house, close to center of town. Owner helpful and knowledgeable of the local history. A wonderful breakfast in a classic style room

As it was what they call here in Úbeda, the low season, that is July, when the temperatures are now reaching 40°, I was looked after by the owner himself. It has been his family home since the mid 16th century, and has been beautifully maintained and restored.

Beautiful building right in the centre very close to a free car park. Very interesting interior.
Breakfast was a little basic.
