everything was great when it comes to location and staff was very friendly as well, there is a restaurant in the hotel and it was very easy to find.

if Party loud people stay in the hotel you can hear them in the hallway but that only happened one night and the wifi need an urgent upgrade cause it didn't reach the room properly.

Location is very good

Room is small, window is small too. The lifts are slow and not clean. It’s quite noisy at the lobby as the hotel sharing the lobby and lifts with others in the buding.

The staffs were unprofessional. We arrived around 2 pm to drop our luggage, a manager looking guy was yelling at the receptionists. We asked for recommendations for food, he just rudely said a location name without context. We were told that we could only check-in from 3 pm so we went for sightseeing until evening. When we returned, the manager-looking guy (being called as Manager Gao) was on an argument with someone on the phone with loudspeaker on. Other staffs appeared nervous and scared. We checked in with help of 2 young receptionists who appeared confused, and were given our keycards. While moving up with an elevator, we walked into one that was filled with sexy girls who were on their way to provide service to the hostel customers together with a man who appeared to be their habdler. They were discussing loudly about their "customer". They got into a room one floor before us. We were so shocked. When we got to our room, we found that someone was in the room. I tried to open the door with the card, it opened, but was chained from the inside. I was confused so I flashed the card twice, someone pushed the door from the inside and lock it again. We went back to the reception, the young receptionists were unsure what happened, it seems like someone had issued our room keys to other customers around 3 pm, and, we were given room keys to the same room again while we returned for a check-in. Gao was fused but managed to get us a bigger room, but no apology was given. We were shocked, I bet people who were in our original room may have been shocked to find out someone attempted to enter their room. I said that to the receptionists, they just looked at us hoping we would leave soon... Those experience made us uneasy about our safety. The room was passable. I wouldn't come back again.
