Staff, Hospitality, Rooms, Amenity Food all very good

The place was absolutely fantastic, and we genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay. Raheem was incredibly kind and upgraded our room to a family room, which was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful, bright and relaxing vibe. The food was really delicious, and everything we had was fresh and satisfying. The hospitality was one of the best parts of the stay because the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and treated us like family. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to Haputale town, which is only around 10 minutes away. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable experience, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

Nothing. Everything was great. Honestly, everything was well taken care of, and the warm hospitality made the whole experience even better. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Value for money and nice and quiet. No issues with hot water and bed was comfortable. Also breakfast was good.

Guest inn is very comfortable n good but the amount charged for food (for locals) per person is far more expensive than expected.. 15 string hoppers for Rs. 1500/- per pax is far too much hence we had a bad time finding dinner since it was long holidays around the island...
