Location, while in what seemed to be the electrical/lighting commercial precinct, was convenient to all forms public transport and the Galata tower.
Room was generously sized and well appointed.
Breakfast was excellent with a great selection brought to your table.

Staff and mgr were very attentive. Location was fab - close to Galata tower; Sishane Metro and T1 tram stops so easy to get to / from airport and Sultan Ahmet area (tram was really useful as roads are very congested near the main tourist sites).
Nothing to dislike really. Breakfast was good; rooftop bar was nice for a quick drink pre/post dinner and rooms were clean and in good condition.

The breakfast was good, only that that it’s the-same menu everyday without change which can be tiring

We had an amazing experience at your hotel. Salim and the rest of the crew did great. I am highly recommending this place. We had breakfast at the bottom of the hotel, the best. Thank thanks.
Although the upper restaurant and bar was good for customer service and good cocktail selection, we found the prices very high and food not as good as expected.
