Location is a little out of Freshwater East for us walkers, however for people with a car it is less than 2 mins from the beach. It is lovely and quiet and the building has an interesting history. The owners have made the best of the original features and the decor is of the quality you would expect of a period property. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh prepared fruit salad, wide range of cereals, the best quality cooked breakfast ingredients and bakery items. The cooked breakfast was outstanding one of the best I've had in years.

Lovely solid house very quiet and relaxing. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast. Loved the welcome from Pepper the cat too
One of our party was a bit cold at night, so perhaps extra blankets available.
