Location, being able to stay overnight in a castle was incredible - so much history and beautiful surroundings.
I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the place - quick overnight stop :)

the property was stunning, spotlessly clean, and customer service was second to none. Peter the manager is extraordinary to say the least, so helpful, polite and his piano playing for evening dinner was sublime. The food was particularly nice and a lovely menu to chose from.
Nothing at all we were really happy
