Excelente apartamento muy cerca del centro de Mérida con habitaciones amplias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia perfecta. Cuenta con dos baños y parcela de garaje, lo cual se agradece, dado que en la zona no es fácil aparcar. El dueño del apartamento fue muy agradable y se mostró muy interesado en que nuestra estancia fuera lo mas grata posible. Nuestra estancia fue de 10 y sin duda volveríamos.

Apartamento espaçoso com 4 quartos, ideal para uma família grande.

Falta de luz na sala, falta de alguns equipamentos e utensílios essenciais, como por exemplo uma chaleira para aquecer água. Tinha 2 banheiros, mas apenas tinha gel duche e shampoo num deles.

Good communication with host. Great location with a short walk to the Roman antiquities. One secure underground parking space which fit our 4 motorbikes. Comfortable large bed in the double room and we slept well. Lounge and dining area a good size for four adults.

The arrival process for a group on motorbikes is not very friendly as the man who met us wanted us to leave our motorbikes outside and go into the apartment to do the check-in process before unloading them and parking them. We had to leave 2 people outside and 2 went inside to do the check in. We were surprised that we booked a four bedroomed apartment and only 2 were open on our arrival as it was presumed we would only use 2. The man who met us contacted the owner and another bedroom was opened. However, once we were in and had our luggage inside, we required the fourth bedroom to be open which the owner came over and did. This bedroom had a broken shutter which we were told to be careful with. The oven tray had crumbs in it and was dirty so we had to clean it before we could use it. When cooking our evening meal we tried to use the hob, oven and microwave and also had the air conditioning on and a couple of lights but found that this tripped the main circuit breaker. We turned off the air conditioning and it still tripped. We reported this problem to the owner who offered to send an electrician the following day which we declined as we were able to work around the repetitive main circuit breaker needing to be reset. Having gone back over other reviews, we can see that this problem has been mentioned before and has obviously not been seriously addressed. Bathroom bins would be very useful as would a towel rail or hooks to hang towels in the second bathroom. An indoor clothes drying rack would also be useful as our laundry didn't dry before dark and ideally we would prefer to bring it inside. The apartment is advertised as having air conditioning which it has. However, the four bedrooms are air conditioned by one unit in the hallway outside so to get any benefit we all had to sleep with our bedroom doors open. I'm not sure how effective this would be in the height of summer.
